How to transfer the data faster and without pen derives
or external hard disk.I know that transferring data from one computer to other
is very frustrating while doing with a pen drives or external hard disk,first
copy the data to these devices and the unplugging and plugging it to other
computer and the past the whole data to that computer ,it takes lots of time in
doing it also the data transfer speed with these device is not good its about
3-4 Mbps ,that means its gonna take a lots of time to transfer the data.
But in this post I am gonna tell you how you can transfer
large data faster then ever before using the LAN cable.with this trick you can
actually transfer 100 GB of data in just 1 hour that means you can actually save
a lots of time for you. This method will be very helpful for transferring data
from one computer to other with about 10-15 Mbps of transfer speed.You just need to follow my step by step guide to do this faster then ever before.
How to transfer data faster through LAN cable
- Connect both the computers/Laptops with the LAN cable perfectly.
- If you are done with this then open the control panel in both the computers and click on Change advance sharing options. You can get this option in your both the computers as Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Advanced sharing settings. And make sure you turn on network detection and turn off password protection off.
- Now you need to open the Network and connections to keep both the computers on same network Open Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
You have left click on the Ethernet option shown above.
- Now just have one more small step to you will be connected to transfer the data between the two computers.When you click on the Ethernet option it open up a popup window the extreme right one you can see in image.Click on the properties button which will open the middle window in which you have to select the IPv4 option and you will see below the properties button gets highlighted now you have to click on the this button which open the third window the extreme left.You need check the option Used the following IP address.
- After you check this option in your both computers you need to fill these spaces with the following IP address as show below. when you done press OK and save the settings.
Put the following value on 1st computer
- Ip address 192.168.1.1
- Subnet mask 225.225.225.0
- Default gateway 192.168.1.3
Put the following value on 2nd computer
- Ip address 192.168.1.3
- Subnet mask 225.225.225.0
- Default gateway 192.168.1.1
Now your two computers are connected successfully you can transfer the data between the two computers.

- First choose a file and copy this file when copying in complete open your My computer there you can see a option Network in the bottom-left as
- Click on that option and you will see two compter listed there one is yours and the other one is one which is connected to your computer.to send files you just have to paste the copied file in to that computer. Its all you have to do and now you will see the data transfer speed between the computers.
